In foundry workshop,two automatic molding lines, over 50 sets of coated sand core shooting machine, 3 sets of double stove and electric furnace insulation, 4 front control device, 6 sets of rough cleaning equipment, Inspection equipment including three coordination instruments,Kim Sang analyzers, sand detector, Photoelectric analytic balance, Leeb hardness tester, universal testing machine and other equipments to monitor the raw material, performance,dimension.Guaranteed the whole production process control and casting process. 
In Machinery Center,there are 8 cylinder head production lines, 56 vertical machining centers , 15 horizontal machining centers, 60 multi-functional milling machines, 84 Rocker drilling and other general equipment ,8 lumen washing machine, 12 pressure test equipment, 10 sets of hydraulic presses, 6 boring camshaft six-hole equipment, 4 sets integrated ultrasonic cleaning machine, with an annual output of more than 300,000 per year.
