Established in 2000, Rizhao Honbase Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Shandong Jinma Industrial Group, located in Rizhao China. Honbase is a hot forging manufacturer, specialized in precision forging, mold making, heat treatment and packing. It occupies 20,000㎡(=5 acre) land, with total assets of USD10 million. Now there are 200 employees among whom over 40 are engineers and technicians.

Honbase has advanced technological equipment, strong ability in technology and complete inspection method. Primary equipment includes 50KJ electro-hydraulic die forging hammer made in Germany, 2500T and 1600T hot die forging press made in Russia, 600T high speed precision warm forging press made in Taiwan, and heat treatment lines including quenching &tempering, normalizing. There are also high-speed CNC milling made in Taiwan and NC lather made in South Korea, which is for mold making. The physical & chemical labs have chemical composition analysis, metallographic analysis, hardness test, tensile and impact test in house, and magnetical particle inspection etc.

The leading products are automotive parts such as spindle, crankshaft, connecting rod, suspension system and steering system components, and pole line hardware. Annual forging capacity is 8,000 tons.
