In March 2004, we are through the international automotive industry standard QS9000 certification, from product design, supplier selection, purchasing material, manufacturing process, product packing, storage and transportation, overall process is under control and management.
We introduction of advanced production equipment and the latest quality control systems. We have computer control mechanic device and computer management system. From 400 tons hydraulic machine, precise screen printing machine, perfect surface roller coating system, design and manufacture integration workshop etc,we realize Three hours out of the finished products,everyday production reach 12000 pieces gasket through improving production process, integrating operation system, expanding design function, standardizing mold to realize assembly line work.
At present, we mainly produce automotive engine sealing, our company can design, test, manufacture all kinds of structure and material precise gaskets, such as compounds graphite gasket, non-compounds graphite gasket, multilayer metal etc. Up to now our factory can produce various of gaskets for TOYOTA, NISSAN, MITSUBISHI, HONDA, MAZDA,ISUZU, SUZUKI,HYUNDAI,KIA, DAEWOO, VOLKSWAGEN, CITROEN, FORD, GM-BUICK, BMW, CHEVROLET ,CHERY, HINO,KOMATSU,CUMMINS,YANMAR etc series overhaul repair kits, cylinder head gasket, valve cover gasket, oil pan, intake/exhaust manifold gasket and other all kinds of engine sealing .
